Indian Hotels to increase FII limit to 30%

Indian Hotels Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, subject to receiving all the applicable approvals decided to peg the limit of Foreign Institutional Investors to thirty percent (30%) of the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
