Gujarat Intrux Board to recommend final dividend

Gujarat Intrux Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, to approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007 and to Recommend the Final Dividend for the year 2006-07.
