RDB Industries Launches new Residential Complex - "Regent Ganga"

RDB Industries Ltd has announced that on June 16, 2007, the Company has launched a new residential complex, named "Regent Ganga" at 9K, G T Road, Kotrang, Uttarpara, Hoogly, West Bengal having a built up area measuring more than 2,50,000 sq. ft.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, to approve and taken on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007.

The meeting will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.128.05, up by Rs.1.15 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.131.80 and low of Rs.128. The total traded quantity was 6802 compared to 2 week average of 17144.
