Brescon Corporate Board to consider dividend

Brescon Corporate Advisors Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007 to consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.

Further the Company has informed that, the Directors will also consider declaration / recommendation of dividend in the same meeting.
