Raj Packaging Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007 including declaration of Dividend for the year 2006-07.
