Almondz Capital announces revised schedule for Open Offer

Canara Bank ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr Navjeet Singh Sobti, Mrs. Gurpreet N Sobti and Innovative Money Matters Pvt Ltd ("Acquirers") has issued this Revised Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd (formerly "Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd") ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated February 19, 2007 & March 30, 2007, pursuant to Regulation 11(1) and other applicable provisions and as required by Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 [SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 1997] and subsequent amendments thereto (the takeover Regulations) to acquire equity shares in the Target Company.
