Bombay Rayon Board to consider dividend

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
