Camphor & Allied Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approval of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2007 and Profit & Loss A/c for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, if any.
