Axis Capital Markets India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007 inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To recommend dividend on Equity Share Capital for the year ended March 31, 2007, if any.
