Surya Roshni Board to recommend dividend

Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To decide the date, time and venue for the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. Recommendation of Dividend.

4. To decide the date of closure of Register of Members and share transfer books.

5. Alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association by inserting the electronic products and household instruments and equipments.
