Madhav Marbles Board to recommend dividend

Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the audited accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend dividend for the said year.

3. To approve other appropriations and transfer to general reserve.
