Asahi Songwon Board to consider dividend

Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company and to recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
