State Bank of Travancore to consider rights issue terms on June 20, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore will be held on June 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider and review the issue size of the proposed Rights Issue of the Equity Shares of the Bank.

Shares of STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE was last trading in BSE at Rs.610 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 592.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25924 in over 2424 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 617.65 and intraday low of 577. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15737643.
