Balmer Lawrie Board to recommend dividend

Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007 and may also consider to recommend payment of dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007.
