Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Annual Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

3. Recommendation of Dividend.
