English Indian Board to recommend dividend

English Indian Clays Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, publication of audited results, to fix up the date of Book Closure and recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
