Hindustan Dorr clarifies on new order

With reference to the article appearing in a leading web-portal titled "Hindustan Dorr Oliver is likely to bag another order from HPCL worth Rs 120 cr, Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd has clarified that the Company is one amongst the several bidders for the said order and might be a prospective awardee. The Order has not yet been received by the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has no information about the intended acquisition of business of other entities as reported in the said Article. Hence the Company is not in a position to give any comments on the said Article.
