GEI Industrial Board recommends 10% dividend

GEI Industrial Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. The Board recommended dividend of 10% on Equity Share Capital subject to the approval by the members.

2. The reconstitution / reconstruction of the Board was deferred to the next Board Meeting.
