Toyama Electric Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, for taking note of / approving the following:

1. Approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommending dividend for the year 2006-2007.
