United Breweries Board to recommend final dividend

United Breweries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, Annual Audited Financial Results and to consider the proposal to recommend payment of Final Dividend on Equity Shares.
