Dil Board to recommend dividend

Dil Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend for the year 2006-2007.
