IL&FS Investsmart revises Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

IL&FS Investsmart Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 25, 2007 (both days inclusive) (Revised) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 26, 2007.
