Diamant Investment Board recommends rights issue & dividend

The Board of Directors of Diamant Investment & Finance Ltd at its meeting held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 10%.

The Company proposed the Change of Name and object of the Company to enter into realty and Infrastructure business; and

Recommended increase of Increase of Authorised Capital and Issue of Right shares, @ two right shares for one equity shares held at premium (Premium not more than Rs 20/- each).

The Forth coming Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007.

The Board also recommended Right issue of shares in the ratio of Two New Equity shares for each one shares of the Company at a premium not exceeding Rs 20/-.
