Hercules Hoists fixes Book Closure for AGM

Hercules Hoists Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 20, 2007 to July 27, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 27, 2007.
