Shriram City Union fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 14, 2007 to August 17, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 17, 2007.
