Gulshan Sugars Board recommends 15% dividend

Gulshan Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 15% (Tax Free) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
