Maruti Udyog AGM declares 70% dividend

Maruti Udyog Ltd has announced that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 05, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Rs 3.50 per share of Rs 5 each on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
