Ultramarine & Pigments fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17, 2007 to July 30, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2007.
