Jayant Agro Board recommends 25% dividend

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, has recommended dividend as under:

On Preference Share - 7% (Rate of Dividend per share of Rs 5/- each).

On Equity share - 25% (Rate of Dividend per share of Rs 5/- each).
