Kanoi Paper & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To Consider the issue of shares on rights basis.

2. To consider the change of name of the Company to be put before AGM.
