Himalaya Granites Board to recommend final dividend

Himalaya Granites Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend the payment of final dividend for the year 2006-07.
