Zicom Electronic Board recommends 14% dividend

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, has decided as under:

1. Recommended Dividend of Rs 1.40 per share (14%) for shareholders approval at the next Annual General Meeting.

2. Issue of Securities on the basis of Employee Stock Option Scheme, not exceeding 3,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, to the eligible Employees of the Company.

3. Appointed Mr. Satya Pal Talwar as Additional Director on the Board of the Company.
