Alphageo India Board to consider dividend

Alphageo India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, to consider and adopt the Audited Financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2007 and for the year ending on that date and to recommend Dividend if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007.
