Borax Morarji Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider the matters relating to the issue of Shares / Warrants on rights basis.
