Ontrack Systems Board to consider dividend

Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and submit to auditor of the Company for audit.

2. To consider the proposal for declaration of dividend (if any) on equity shares.

3. To appoint Additional Directors in place of retiring Directors.

4. To consider the proposal of preferential allotment of equity shares to M/s. Intellisys Australia.
