Batliboi to acquire company in Europe

Batliboi Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has authorized Mr. Nirma Bhogilal - Chairman & Managing Director to negotiate, finalise and sign such Agreements as may be required for proposed acquisition of a Company in related line of Business based in Europe.

Presently, negotiations are underway and subject to these being successful, a Board Meeting of the Company shall be held on June 20, 2007, for the aforesaid purpose.

The stock closed the day at Rs.105.90, up by Rs.1.55 or 1.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.109.65 and low of Rs.104. The total traded quantity was 16084 compared to 2 week average of 12471.
