GV Films Board to consider demerger of company into 3 companies

GV Films Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 207, to consider and adopt the recommendation and Report of Deloitte Haskins & Sells about the Scheme of De-merger of the Company into 3 entities viz.,

1. GV Studio City Ltd - This Company will do business in Multiplex and Hospitality Industry i.e. Hotels, shopping malls, Multiscreen etc.

2. GV Technologies Ltd - It will concentrate in Internet protocols and IP TV which is the future of the entertainment business etc.

3. GV Films Ltd - This will cover the entire production of films, Television serials, Distribution of films and providing content etc.

The Company expects the scheme of demerger will give equal weightage to all the three divisions which will enhance the shareholders wealth.
