Albert David declares 25% dividend

Albert David Ltd has announced that the members at the 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each @ 25% per share i.e. Rs 2.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2006.
