Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Jai Balaji Sponge

Jai Balaji Sponge Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court was to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shri. Ramrupai Balaji Steels Ltd with the Company on June 14, 2007. The Certified copy of the order has been applied for and will be submitted to Stock Exchange(s) and Registrar of Companies, West Bengal as soon as the same is received by the Company.
