ABG Shipyard Board recommends 15% dividend

ABG Shipyard Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each (15%) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
