Pokarna Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results / Accounts of the Company for the period April 01, 2006 - March 31, 2007 and to consider declaration of dividend, if any.
