Banco Products Board declares 15% final dividend

Banco Products India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, has declared Final Dividend @ 15% (Rs 1.50 per share) for the year 2006-2007, subject to the approval of the Members.
