Gujarat Ambuja Exports declares 12% dividend

Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 09, 2006, inter alia, have approved the dividend of 12% i.e. Rs 0.24 per Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each for F.Y. 2005-06.
