Gujarat Borosil Board to consider dividend

Gujarat Borosil Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Accounts and Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the said year.
