Lakshmi Precision Board to recommend dividend

Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, to consider the Annual Audited Accounts for the financial year 2006-07 and to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend the dividend of the above said financial year.
