JRG Securities to divest stake in Commodity Online (I) Ltd

JRG Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, has approved to Divest the entire holding being 74% (370000 equity shares of Rs 10/-) in the subsidiary Commodity Online (I) Ltd to Cognizant Tradelinks (P) Ltd for a consideration of Rs 10/- per share.
