Nilkamal Board to consider dividend

Nilkamal Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, to consider and take on record results for the fourth quarter and Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and will consider payment of Dividend (Subject to the approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
