Simplex Trading Board to consider dividend

Simplex Trading & Agencies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and recommend declaration of Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and approve the Draft Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider and approve and release of Audited financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

4. To consider and decide closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book.

5. To convene the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders and to fix the date, venue and time for the said meeting and to consider and approve draft Notice of the 26th AGM.
