Corcomp Infosystems Updates on Open Offer

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. Dayabhai Gajibhai Jivani, Mr. Jagdishbhai Harjibhai Jivani, Mr. Savji Dungarshibhai Patel & Mrs. Usha Savji Patel ("Acquirers") and M/s. Shyam Star Gems Ltd, M/s. Rainbow Jewels and M/s. Srusti Diam ("Person Acting in Concert / PACs") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of Corcomp Infosystems Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the original Public Announcement (PA) dated April 09, 2007. Pursuant to Regulation 10 and 12 and other applicable provisions of Chapter III and in compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto ("Regulations").
