INOX Leisure Board recommends 10% final dividend

INOX Leisure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 10%, i.e. Rs 1/- per share, for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
